Details:	SUMMARY: COLI 8163 - 09/01/10 SAMPLE SHOWED PRESENSE OF COLIFORM. DETAILS: Left phone message for Ms. Lemon on 09/03/10, she returned the call on 09/07/10. After finding the presence of coliforms in a routine sample. Take a triggered source sample and three other samples marked as "REPEAT" from the distribution system. As Fred is drawing samples, have him call me if any of these samples show coliforms present. Also. Before the end of September, five temporary routine samples are due to be drawn from the distribution system, If all above come back clean, return to routine quarterly sampling in October through December quarter. ACTION NEEDED: One source sample. Three repeat samples. Five temporary routine samples.
