Details:	SUMMARY: 09/08/10 repeat samples show precense of colifoms DETAILS: Fred called and reported results. Discussed shocking well w/chlorine bleach according to DWP website, then flushing system. Then consider taking a SPECIAL sample before the five temporary routine samples are due or assume the bad results have come from a one time contamination event and go ahead and sample for the five temporary routines. Noted that if any of the five temporary routines show coliforms, he would need to start the repeat sample again. Within thirty days of is initial samples showing presence of coliform, followed by repeat samples also showing coliforms makes public notice necessary. I e-mailed him the public notice template. ACTION NEEDED: Disinfect the well. Consider taking a special sample. Take five temporary routine samples. Post public notice.
