Details:	SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive for sample date 08/25/2010. DETAILS: Called the system DRC Justin Pounds & left message that the system had a TC positive sample. I left a message for him to take three repeat samples in the distribution system and triggered source sample at the well head ASAP. If samples come back negative then they will need to be sure to take five routine samples in the month of September. 8/31/2010, Justine called to confirm the sampling requirements and to let me know that the samples were being taken in this date. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor sampling and follow up if necessary.
