Details: SUMMARY: TC MCL Violation for September DETAILS: 9/15 - Spoke with the systems bookkeeper Linda. Explained that since two of the five routine samples tested TC positive there was an MCL violation for the month. Linda said that they were preparing to distribute the public notice for the August TC MCL violation. 9/22 - Called the operator, Jerome Tremblay. He confirmed the public notice for August had been distributed. Discussed the requirement for a triggered source sample from well no. 1, which is the only well operating at this time. Jerome said he would collect the source sample this week. Discussed the requirement for five routine samples in October. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to collect triggered source sample, five routine samples n October.
