Details:	SUMMARY: Discussed public notice and final settlement agreement DETAILS: I called Chandler to verify that he had received the fully signed copy of the Settlement Order that was finalized at the meeting on 9/29/2010, which I sent to him via email on 9/29 at approximately 5 PM. I also confirmed with Chandler that DWP must still receive certification that the public notice has been delieverd after it is done. We discussed that hand delivery could be accomplished when meters are being read. Chandler stated that he will submit an identical set of plans for the membrane filtration system that is meant to be installed at both the Boulder Creek and Bear Creek water systems. ACTION NEEDED: Await certification of public notice distribution, submittal of plans, and written confirmation of a decision regarding filtration options by October 1.
