Details:	SUMMARY: follow up to TC positive repeat samples DETAILS: System collected 3 repeat and once source sample. The source sample and one repeat was negative. The other two repeats were total coliform positive. Fire department had recently flushed the fire hydrants. System has batch chlorinated multiple times. ACTION NEEDED: System to issue public notice - take 5 routine samples in October.
