Details:	SUMMARY: Temporary routine samples TC+ DETAILS: Called Waiyen Yee regarding the five temporary routine samples that were collected on October 6, 2010 and tested positive for coliform. Waiyen indicated that they have posted a boil water notice and are providing bottled water even though they are not required under the total coliform rule. Waiyen also indicated they are going to collect a source sample, shock chlorinate and flush the system before collecting the next set of temporary routine samples. ACTION NEEDED: Post a Tier 2 Unresolved Total Coliform Notice and perform corrective action in order to eliminate total coliform in the system. After the total coliform source has been eliminated, the system will need to collect 5 temporary routine samples during the month of November.
