| Details: | SUMMARY: Complaint on water quality and quantity DETAILS: A resident on the Anderson Mountain Spring system called to complain about water quality and quantity. Resident stated at times the water is so foul it can not be consumed, is dark, and contains substantial quantities of particles. Resident stated the water is typically cut off without notification. Said that over the last week water had been cut off each day, and no notification was provided on any event. Resident stated Gary Helvig connected his personal residence to the Bridge Water District this past week and in doing so broke the line from Anderson Mountain Spring, causing at least a 5 hour outage. No notice was provided on this event. Resident asked to collect sample when quality poor and send it to a lab for analysis of coliforms and turbidity. ACTION NEEDED: Contact Gary about public notification, possible actions by other members of water system that may be causing outages or water quality problems. | ||
