| Details: | SUMMARY: Respionded to E. coli Repeat at the source. DETAILS: Spoke with Kevin with City of Oakridge. Positive E.coli confirmed in Well #2 at city of Oakridge from source Assessment monitoring. Spoke with Amy Paramenter and she made a call to Bill Goss to verify requirements. No boil water notice was required for this particular case as long as the chlorine residual was at .85 or higher in distribution. Kevin said he was going to hook up the chlorine drip system as Well #2. Kevin plans on re-constructing Well#2 for corrective action. ACTION NEEDED: Keep chlorine residual at 8.5 of higher in distribution. Corrective action will be required. Continue submitting monthly source samples from all active wells. | ||
