Details:	SUMMARY: Restoring water service to Haven Acres DETAILS: Scott indicated that the water line was repaired and water service was restored to Haven Acres on the evening of 10/13, after the city received approval from all residents to repair the line. The affected area was placed on a boil notice from the time water service was restored until a special coliform sample from the area came back coliform absent on 10/14. Scott was not aware of chlorine residual levels, as he was not directly involved, but that normal city practice was to maintain a detectable residual level. Scott mentioned that 10 of 19 users tentatively agreed to a monetary resolution where City will continue to be water supplier. Those residents that choose not to abide by the resolution once it is finalized, will have their service discontinued. The City would maintain the water line, and Haven Acres would not be a purchasing entity. ACTION NEEDED: DWP to check in for an update with Scott, and provide support as necessary.
