Details: SUMMARY: Resolution of Violation ID 1213 - Four Repeat TCR samples DETAILS: The system submitted four repeat TCR samples on 09/08/10 (see attached results). One quarter was positive for TCR. Will continue to work with the system on the one TCR, including possible shocking the system, after which five routine samples will be taken October 2010. ACTION NEEDED: Continue follow-up on part of LCPH.
