Details: SUMMARY: Continuing Arsenic DETAILS: WSO called with question pertaining to requirements for "permanent Restrictive Easements" regarding the siting if a new well close to the neighbors property line. The easement will satisfy the 100 foot set back requirement for new ells. Also discussed September 30th deadline for resolution of arsenic MCL. WSO is making good progress toward correcting the problem, decision on grant will be made after October 21st. The September 30th deadline is extended out to October 31st. ACTION NEEDED: After grant has been determined, the WSO wil need to submit plans with DWP for either treatment of the new well.
