| Details: | SUMMARY: CHEM4426 - 13.2mg/L violation 10/12/10 DETAILS: The following was sent to Mr. Liilie via e-mail: 1) Post public notice to DHS. 2) Keep notice posted until results are taken that dont exceed the MCL. 3) Next sample is due in the Jan-March quarter in 2011, but advise taking an earlier sample to show treatment is now working (and if so the notice can be removed). 4) Frequency if sampling is quarterly for the next year after which results can be evaluated in consideration of changing to annual samples ( if MCL is not exceeded). ACTION NEEDED: Maintain quarterly sampling schedule for at least one year. | ||
