Details:	SUMMARY: Repeat +TC (invalidated) DETAILS: System had routine +TC on Thursday 10/28/10-- three repeats collected Friday 10/29/10. The lab notified the system that one of the repeats was +TC on Saturday 10/30/10-- Mr. Arnold notified the manager on phone duty from our office. Apparently the repeat sample location was not great-- the faucet was broken and the homeowner was reluctant to permit entry, so the sampler may have been hurried and not ran the water for an adequate amount of time. It was decided to invalidate the repeat and the system was instructed to collect a replacement repeat from a different location, which they did today, Monday 11/1/10. Results should be in tomorrow. ACTION NEEDED: No further action needed at this time-- we will wait to get results from replacement repeat that was collected today and proceed from there.
