| Details: | SUMMARY: Five temporary routines collected on 09/08/10 tested psitive for coliform. DETAILS: 09/10/10---Steve heady called and informed me that all five temporary routines collected on 09/08/10 tested positive for coliform. I informed him that repeat samples are due within 24 hours of being notified by the lab. He indicated that he wanted to shock chlorinate the system one the weekend, flush to zero chlorine, then collect repeat samples on Monday of Tuesday. We discussed disinfection procedures. 09/29/10---Steve called and informed me that he chlorine residual was zero and that he would collect repeat samples tomorrow. I told him that results of repeat samples were due to the DWP by 09/23/10 and at this point he should wait to collect temporary routines in October. ACTION NEEDED: See next alert. | ||
