| Details: | SUMMARY: Resolution of violation ID 1213. Did not report enough TCR repeat samples. DETAILS: Resolution of Violation 1213. The system had a positive TCR n 09/02/10. On 09/08/10 the GP Water Lab took four repeat samples, three samples were from within the distribution, and one sample was from the well head. The samples were taken on 08/08/10, but for some reason (perhaps due to a communication error between the State DWP and the GP Water Lab), three quarters test results were not entered until 10/19/10, which is the probable cause of this violation having been generated. I had already been in contact with the system regarding taking four repeat samples and have documented this on a separate contact report to the State. And at this time enough repeat samples have been taken and this violation is resolved. Five routine samples will need to be taken before end of October 2010, and I have already been in contact with GP Water Lab (Spoke with them on 10/26/10) about taking routine samples. ACTION NEEDED: Take five routine samples during 10/2010. | ||
