Details:	SUMMARY: Violation (#3009610 & 3009611) - did not M&R enough Repeat Samples following Positive TCR sample test. Did not collect a Source Water sample. DETAILS: 9/12/10 - One routine TCR Sample test taken - Result = Positive. 9/22/10 - One repeat TCR Sample test taken - result = Positive 11/01/10 - Operator reported that on 10/29/10, five more temporary samples were collected and submitted to a lab. The results are pending. The particular requirements under the TCR and GWR were discussed with the operator on 10/29/10 and on 11/01/10. 11/02/10 - The operator was reminded of the requirement to collect a triggered source water test (as part of the repeat samples) whenever there are positive coli form tests. 11/04/10 - HR County verified that violation had been corrected. ACTION NEEDED: None . Violation appears to have been resolved.
