Details:	SUMMARY: Follow up for TC+ repeat DETAILS: One if four repeats positive following 10/04 routine TC+. Four repeats locations were from same location (63019 Terry Dr.) two in distribution and one from well source. Only the 63019 Terry Dr. location was positive. Operator Terry already had submitted replacement sample from neighboring house at two PM. ACTION NEEDED: Should invalidate this sample based on 333-061-0036 (6)(H)(d). Continue monthly sampling beginning November 2010.
