Details:	SUMMARY: Follow up contact with operator after Assessment Sampling repeats were positive for E. coli. DETAILS: Assessment sample of well #4 was positive for E.coli. Repeats were taken and four were E.coli positive. ACTION NEEDED: Water system to so a shock on well #4 and flush that water then do flushing. The system will do a public notice template forwarded from Bill Goss. System will do another round of sampling after water has no residual. This is one of the newer wells and it is one of the biggest producers the system has.
