| Details: | SUMMARY: Responded to LCR Excursion DETAILS: The Fern Ridge Mobile Estates had five LCR excursions last month. This means that the water system went below their minimum pH level (for corrosion control) five times last month. If the water system receives nine excursions in a six month period, then they get a violation and their lead and copper schedule may be increased back to two six month rounds. Don said that he recently changed the corrosion control tanks from thirty gallons to sixty gallons and has been playing with the amount of Soda Ash to use to the tanks causing the PH to drop. I gave Don the contact information for HBH and suggested he call to request assistance to set the proper amount of Soda Ash. ACTION NEEDED: Keep daily records of pH levels and adjust treatment as needed. Contact HBH for assistance. | ||
