Details:	SUMMARY: Responded to Coliform Alert DETAILS: Left message for Larry Lassiter regarding positive Cloiform at Black Canyon CG. Chlorine residual was at .01 for the month of September. Possible reason for Coliform hit in October. Four repeat samples required from the distribution. Waiting for return phone call to verify Daily Chlorine log and proper maintenance. ACTION NEEDED: Four repeat samples. Waiting for results. Five temporary routine samples required in November 2010.
