Details:	SUMMARY: Responded to Coliofrm Alert DETAILS: Spoke with David Crocker. Hes not sure why the positive Coliform sample. Most likely due to the dead ends not being properly flushed prior to taking the sample. Four repeat samples required. One from the source and three in the distribution. ACTION NEEDED: Four repeat samples with one sample from the source. Waiting for results.
