Details:	SUMMARY: COLI8511 DETAILS: Sample taken at the outside tap at space #2, 9, 16, 17 and the well sample s were positive to TC. Mr. Nash called to inform us of the situation and the system was chock chlorinated prior to sampling. The system has replaced the pump in the last month and feels this is the cause. Will reshock the system. Will prepare an unresolved TC+ Public Notice to be issued and copy will be submitted to State DWP. ACTION NEEDED: Will take appropriate action and will need five temporary routine samples in December.
