Details: SUMMARY: RE:COLI8369 DETAILS: Positive TCR after September Repeats. ACTION NEEDED: Spoke to Mr. Traynorss assistant, he will take four repeats immediately, if all are absent , five routine in November and return to Quarterly. We will need to send a letter closing the open ended plan review issued by the State in 2009 with a adate the system disinfection has been reviewed and installed.
