| Details: | SUMMARY: Responded to E.coli repeat at the source. DETAILS: Spoke with Jeff Thiessen regarding the E.coli repeat confirmation at the source. Three of the five samples submitted are positive for E.coli. Jeff is keeping the chlorine residual levels above .36 mg/L in the distribution. Distribution samples are being submitted to show that the distribution is free of Coliofrm and E.coli. Bottled water was provided for the children and a public notice posted during the first source sample with E.coli because the chlorine levels were not held at the required minimum .36mg/L. Corrective action will be required within the next thirty days pending a letter from Lane County and the regional geologist. ACTION NEEDED: Keep chlorine residual levels maintained at .36mg/L or higher. Corrective action is required---letter to be mailed out within next few days. | ||
