Details:	SUMMARY: Responed to coliform alert. DETAILS: Fish Mill Lodge took five repeat samples as a follow-up from the original five E.coli samples on September 2010. Corrective action is required. Spoke with Judy and told her that the spring collection box and storage tank needed to be cleaned and the system shock-chlorinated prior to collecting any additional samples. Also set up a water survey appointment for Monday, November 22, 2010. ACTION NEEDED: Public Notice must remain posted and notification to tenants when shock-chlorination treatment will occur. Five additional Temporary Repeat samples due in December 2010. One from the source and four from the distribution.
