Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform follow up DETAILS: Received call from operator regarding 11/5 positive. System had a positive last month but was invalidated. Replaced hose bib on usual sampling point on home but this location came back positive again. Discussed need for repeat samples even though system already took one or two specials to see if they can locate problems. Results of repeats will help located point of problem. Discussed looking for new routine sample if this particular home continue to give bad sample. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for repeat results to dictate corrective action. Will need 5 temp routines in December unless able to invalidate again.
