Details:	SUMMARY: Follow up for Lead AL Exceedance DETAILS: Compliance with the LCR is required by Linn Co EHD and DWP. I prepared a plan with recommendations for lead reduction in May 2010 and sent to the school district. The plan was to install treatment during the summer. Alyson Reynolds, Linn Co EHD, contacted me to follow up on installation as she has not heard from the school district regarding plan approval or installation. I contacted Paul Jennison to get update on treatment installation. The district delayed installation due to lead issues/exceedance with the two other schools that are using the proposed treatment AquaMag. Paul contacted Carus Corp and changed chemicals and found one that now works. The school district wanted to delay this installation until effective treatment was attained at the other schools, which is now occurring. Unfortunately, he did not inform anyone of this delay. I emailed and left voice mail messages to Alyson with update and urged Paul to contact her in person to bring her up to date. Paul is measuring pH at the school and levels are running 7.0 to 7.2. ACTION NEEDED: Contact Paul in October for status.
