Details:	SUMMARY: positive coliform DETAILS: Operator contacted me with results of repeats being one positive. It was noted one sample site has been coming back with positive results while other sites in the distribution have been clear. I have contacted the state and am asking this site be invalidated and terefore no violation. ACTION NEEDED: Asked operator to take replacement sample, taken 11/18 to replace original at container repair womens rest room sink. If comes back negative then system will be back to quarterly bacteriological monitoring. Chuck Michael has been notified of the invalidation request through Michelle Byrd
