Informed her that some labs dont automatically submit results to state. Clarified requirements. ACTION NEEDED: Kathy to submit to Clatsop County to assure results get forwarded to state. 4/16/10 mailed to state nitrate report. Completed system info change form per Kathys request for mailing address fo legal owner to be changed. Returned to compliance 4/16/10
