Details: SUMMARY: VOC alert DETAILS: Spoke with Paul by phone 9/28/10. We discussed taking 2 rounds of quarterly samples for these 2 VOCs and then going back to annual testing thereafter if not detected. ACTION NEEDED: 2 rounds quarterly samples for the 2 detected and then starting annual VOC testing if not detected. A chemical change form to annual VOC was completed.
