Details:	SUMMARY: Monitoring violation DETAILS: No sample reported in September 2010 or routine coliform sample submitted in October. July contacted me via email and was questioning the violation for late/nonreporting. I responded back to July indicating that repeat samples from the source confirming the Ecoli were required after the initial positive in September they were never received. Also 5 temporary routine samples required in October never reported. Another email on December 17th from Judy said the system needs to be abandoned. July stated all of the tests are a waste of money and it is not helping anything knowing the system needs to be repaired. Judy feels it is not financially feasible to replace or repair the system and continuing samples. ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeat samples in distributio & 1 sample from the source are required prior to December 30th. 5 temporary routine samples are required in january 2011.
