Reasons: Chlorine
None

Details: SUMMARY: Chlorine residual drop at first user DETAILS: Chlorine at the first user (treatment plant lab) dropped below 0.4 mg/L, causing failure to meet CT. The chlorine concentration can be measured at the stainless steel (SS) tank outlet, to address rxn losses in the pipe going into the lab. Also, some recirculation of SS tank flow can go back to concrete clearwell (the concrete and SS together are effectively the clearwell) as long as return flow isnt at the outlet of the concrete clearwell. Or the tank level could be dropped, as far as the level used in the tracer study. Or the chlorine concentration could be increased. Or a combination of all the above could be used. ACTION NEEDED: Send e-mail to Coquille.
