Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Emailed Bobbi who is functioning as manager. The facility has been working with HBH consulting. The lab came up & pulled samples on the 16th and Bobbi replied that the chlorinator was installed & placed into service on the 17th. With the chlorinator installed this should resolve the coliform contamination. She also indicated that a new contact at the management company is going to be starting in December 1st. I let her know that 5 temporary routine samples will be needed for December. I asked for an updated public notice & Bobbi sent a memo that was sent to the residents. I forwarded it to the state to see if it will be acceptable. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond if necessary including updated public notice.
