Details:	SUMMARY: Boil Notice - High Turbidity DETAILS: Joe called. The river is running high due to the recent storm event and the turbidity of the water coming out of the infiltration gallery tested 5.34 NTU today. The chlorine residual in town had also dropped due to the increased chlorine demand. I advised a boil order be implemented as soon as possible. Faxed and emailed the public notice template to city hall. Confirmed with city recorder Teri Hamilton that it had been received. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to distribute boil notice, consult with DWP and/or county staff on changing conditions to determine when the boil notice can be lifted.
