Details:	SUMMARY: Request for hearing DETAILS: The Program received a request for hearing from Mike Brown on Friday January 14. 2011 in regards to the recently proposed $1,000 civil penalty to be assessed against him. I called Mike today to confirm that we did receive his request and to tell him that I will call him in the next couple days with information about how we are going to move forward and what we need from him to proceed to the next step. ACTION NEEDED: Discuss with DWP management to determine whether we are willing to settle this penalty or if we wish to move to a hearing.
