Details:	SUMMARY: Coliform repeat DETAILS: Spoke with Billy. All 5 temporary repeat samples confirmed positive for coliform. Public notice must remain posted until coliform issue resolved. Since the temporary samples were taken in November, state requires additional 5 repeat samples submitted before the 15 of December, one from the source and 4 from the distribution. Another 5 samples before the end of December. Discussed looking into treatment for the rec. site or possibly replacing the piping throughout the distribution. Billy said they are going to shock chlorinate the system again and see if that makes any difference. ACTION NEEDED: Corrective action to fix coliform problem. Keep public notice posted. Repeat source sample and 4 distribution samples required before Dec 15. 5 temporary routine samples due before Dec 31
