Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform for 4th quarter DETAILS: I received a call from Dan regarding positive coliform taken at the mens restroom. He indicated he did not flame the tap prior to taking the sample. We discussed the repeat procedure and how to label the samples on the lab slip. He will be contacting us for guidance if the repeat samples come back positive. ACTION NEEDED: none
