Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform 12/29/10 DETAILS: I tried calling the contact number and it was no longer valid. The new contact called me as he got my contact info from the lab. Robert Walker is the current system contact so I let him know they need to take a triggered source sample as well as three distribution system repeats. I also let him know they need to take 5 temporary routine samples for January ACTION NEEDED: Monitor further sampling & respond if necessary. Submit a contact change form to state drinking water program.
