Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: spoke with Bill and 2 of the 5 routine samples were positive. Public notice required to remain posted. Repeat samples are required per the new GWR. One repeat sample from the source marked triggered and 3 from the distribution prior to shock chlorinating. Recommended an all over park and well shock chlorination treatment. Lot L1334 continues to show positive coliform at the park, may be a problem site that needs to have lines cleaned/sanitized. Bill is going to speak with Delta labs and make sure the public notice is updated and posted and to notify the park of the overall shock chlorination date. Spoke with Delta labs and left a message for Kevin Hunt regarding the required repeat samples, public notice and 5 temporary routines due in February ACTION NEEDED: Post revised public notice, submit 4 repeat samples, one from source marked triggered, 3 from the distribution. 5 temporary routine samples due in February 2011
