Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Visited with David on site and spoke to him regarding the situation and positive test result. He mentioned they just disconnected one of the pipes running into the well head and then re connected it prior to taking the sample at site 12. I provided him with additional sample bottles and instructed him to take 4 repeat samples and one of these must be at the well head and submit today. He indicated he would get the samples taken and submitted by this afternoon. We will await the results of these 4 repeat samples before taking additional action, if applicable ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 repeat samples.
