Details: SUMMARY: contact re positive coliform DETAILS: contacted Theron regarding positive coliform sample from space 7. Operator did not know what might have caused the positive result. He will be drawing the repeat samples tomorrow. We discussed that 4 repeat samples will need to be drawn in distribution sample from the will. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up with repeat samples. Coliform sampling plan also needs to be updated.
