Details:	SUMMARY: Source water sample DETAILS: Source sample from 12/1 positive for coliform. Jeff received notice 12/3 and contacted me and I attempted to contact Gerald Barnes who was out but his office cohort, Ken helped by calling Michelle Byrd. Michelle called Ken who in turn called me to explain that since this was as assessment and not a routine that we did not by law, need to do any follow up. She suggested we inform the hatchery and also take another sample for our own records. I called mark Traynor at the hatchery to inform him of the results. Michelle called me to suggest that Mark may want to follow up with Gerald to see if they needed to do anything. Mark to contact Gerald for follow up action. ACTION NEEDED: Advised Mark to take December sample now along with 2 special samples.
