Details:	SUMMARY: Follow up for positive coliform DETAILS: 4 positive coliforms following positive routines. Visited system and operator James and did sanitary survey. All 4 positives including well source. Identified a few potential sources during survey. Discussed chlorination technique with James as well as public notice. Emailed public notice template. ACTION NEEDED: Chlorinate and flush, take verification samples next week. Distribute public notice and get a copy to me. Correct any deficiencies noted on survey.
