Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Firm had a total coliform positive in January and did not do repeat testing in January nor did they do routine testing in February. Talked with Fred Kalish from the state who helped advise me on this case. ACTION NEEDED: Post public notice for missing source/repeat/and routine testing after positive sample. Take a source sample and label repeat, take a repeat sample from hand wash sink in deli, and take a repeat from 3 compartment sink. If tests come back absent you can remove the public notice and continue with routine monitoring come second quarter.
