Details:	SUMMARY: follow to to positive repeat sample - same as original location DETAILS: The positive result was one of the repeats from the original (total coliform positive) routine sample. The same sample tap was positive and the other repeats and source sample were absent for bacteria. ACTION NEEDED: Pendleton office to submit sample tap invalidation request to DMCE. System took a second routine sample for the month to cover the invalidation.
