Details:	SUMMARY: Coliform Positive Investigation DETAILS: Silverton Mobile Home Park serves 45 people through approximately 30 connections. The system is composed of a single 3hp well pump that was installed in the 1960’s. The well is approximately 65’ deep well with a well seal that extends 20’ down from the surface. Water is pumped from the well to a 400 gallon pressure tank. The pressure tank does not have an air bladder. From the pressure tank, water is distributed throughout a looped pressure system consisting of AC pipe. Currently the system does not have any flow meters on the service connections or on the well head. A chlorination system was recently added to the system. Over the past year, Silverton MHP has had several positive coliform test results on the primary testing. On the second round of testing the results showed no e-coli. HBH met with Mr McKenny and reviewed water sample techniques and spigot attachments procedure for taking samples. Also looked into chlorine feed system that they have installed and made suggestions on improvements. ACTION NEEDED: Complete with written report.
