Details:	SUMMARY: Nitrate Alert Response DETAILS: Received alert for nitrate result of 5.22 mg/l from sample collected 4/12/11. Spoke with Thane. Advised that nitrate samples must be collected in the next three calendar quarters. Provided those results are reliably below the MCL, the system could resume annual sampling. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to collect nitrate samples in 3rd and 4th quarters of 2011, 1st quarter of 2012.
