Details:	SUMMARY: Non reporting violation DETAILS: Called operator regarding missed March sample. Ken called lab and discovered the routine sample was incorrectly labeled as special and therefore was not reported. Lab to forward me result to forward to the state. ACTION NEEDED: Forward special result from march to the state. Continue taking on time monthly routine samples and label correctly.
