| Details: | SUMMARY: Significant Deficiencies DETAILS: Sent letter stating system was to report to this office within 30 days of receiving your survery and notify county of intentions to correct deficiencies. Locate the over flow drain from the storage tank and insure it is protected with a fine mesh screen or flap valve. Submit plan review for well #2 by contacting Marsha Fox at the state. Any work conducted must be submitted to the state for review. ACTION NEEDED: Correct all deficiencies by June 8, 2011 and send in written verification they have been corrected. | ||
